    Note: Completing this form is not a guarantee of placement, only once the bond and enrolment fee are paid is the enrolment confirmed. In addition to the enrolment fee, a $150 fee applies if the cancellation is made more than four (4) weeks prior to the child’s agreed start date. If the cancellation is made less than four (4) weeks prior to the child’s agreed start date, the full bond is forfeited. The changing of days prior to the child’s agreed start date, should they be available, will also require four (4) weeks written notice.
